Here is a few things I have thought of that you should keep in mind.
1. All the cards and folders have icons so you can move cards between
folders from the Workbench. (folder are drawers/directories)
* DO NOT move a folder into another folder. RecipeBox will
not find a folder in a folder when you REBUILD it.
* DO NOT rename folders or cards from the Workbench. RecipeBox is
picky about names. If you can not move a card to a new folder
because there is a card with the same name use EDIT in RecipeBox
to rename the card.
2. If you want to remove a folder from RecipeBox make sure you do not
have the window for that folder open on the Workbench. RecipeBox
may not be able to delete a folder if it is open on the Workbench.
FOR BEST RESULTS DO NOT MESS WITH RECIPE BOX FILES AND DIRS WHEN
RECIPE BOX IS RUNING FROM THE WORKBENCH OR OTHER FILE COPYING
PROGRAM. If another program has a lock on an icon, file or
directory Recipe Box might not be able to delete or change the file
or directory (folder).
3. If you have trouble REMOVING cards or folders be sure you
REBUILD the folders you are having trouble with.
4. If you change anything from the Workbench to the RecipeBox
cards or folders be sure to REBUILD all the effected folders and the
main folder list from RecipeBox so the program knows what you did.
